It's my favourite coffee shop the coffees are amazing, i make a point of visiting at every opportunity.
Always a warm welcome from the staff here, great coffee & most importantly, a fantastic selection of cakes �
This place caught my eye from far! It was the name and the red. Very cosy and warm inside, they have vegetarian & vegan options, coffee tastes great, they use biodegradable cups, paper straws and staff are ever so chirpy and friendly. It was open after 5pm. I don't know if that was luck or if it's usually open that late. Most Cafes, coffee shops, tea-rooms in the area close by 3-4pm in winter.
Lavatory isn't too clean unfortunately.

I tend to stop at Insomnia when driving between Chesterfield and Manchester - always really friendly service from the staff and although it's stuck on the side of a Spar it feels comfortable and welcoming. Coffee is surprisingly good, flat white is a fave. I've not eaten here but some of the snacks look tempting. Can't speak to the other drinks - perhaps a little on the pricey side but worth it for good coffee!
Excellent coffee, friendly service, tempting cakes. Perfect place in good location to stop for a coffee and sit in comfort to drink it.
Friendly staff, and a good selection of cakes. Prices are reasonable too.
What a wonderful surprise. Previous people / employees who ran the cafe here were rude and very unhelpful. Couldn't be more different now. Really good choice of food and great coffee. (They now do decaf) and the staff are lovely. Will definitely be back :-)
