Golden Jalapenos Cafe

I decided to post this review today because Google reminded me to do so. To be fair I was there about a week ago but we again went this morning (Thanksgiving morning). Why, would you ask, can I go to a taco place on Thanksgiving morning. Let me tell you. Chef Luis wakes up at 5:00 in the morning to get there by 6:00 to cook turkeys for those that cannot afford. He doesn't ask for donations but he digs into his own pocket cutting his profits to feed so many people that regularly wouldn't have a Thanksgiving meal. My family and I were blessed to go there this morning to volunteer sometime to help prepare some of these meals. He purchased 110 turkeys, he made parsnip stuffing carrots vegetables and mashed potatoes. We stayed for just 4 hours and had cooked so many turkeys. Besides the fact that his food is top of the line amazing the mere fact that he digs into his own pocket and to give up time with his family to cook for the less fortunate is absolutely amazing. I will be frequenting this location more now than ever before.

Love everything about Golden Jalapenos!! The food is always fresh, made to order and super delicious. The Resturant is very clean and has great vibes. All the employees are amazing and the owner is so friendly and generous. Nothing but great things to say about Golden Jalapenos! Thanks for being so awesome! Sorry I don’t have more pictures, we always can’t help but eat most of everything before I remember I want to post. Here is a picture of the paella (my favorite) and today’s empanadas (my husband’s favorite). He even sent us home with some cool t-shirts! They have everything from tacos to smoothies, a kid’s menu, deals for lunch and they even serve breakfast! Oh and a great happy hour deal from 3-6 too. Still eating but am already looking forward to going back again :) Go check them out today!!!!
