Nando's Kingston

A very nice open spaced clean Nandos restaurant with faultless customer service. It was very quiet and not busy at all which is the experience I like to have anywhere and this happened today. My food arrived very quickly after ordering, obviously because of how quiet it was when I was there today, but it was nice to have it served quickly. The food tasted great. Faultless experience!

I visited here after Legoland with my daughter. It was very busy but they managed to fit myself and daughter in fine. The host Masimba was very friendly and explained we could use the app to order. However he was attentive to my daughter's allergen requirements and directed us to order at the tills instead. I gave the order to the manager (standard allergen rules) who was also friendly and attentive. We expected a long wait for food due to how busy it was but arrived fairly quickly (10 mins max). Food was lovely and Masimba made sure my daughter was enjoying her meal. She loved it. It's not cheap (£32 for both of us with one drink) but nowhere really is these days. Great for a treat.

Pretty standard (good) Nando’s experience in this newly renovated location. It’s difficult to rate the service as it’s essentially self-service but the staff were friendly enough when engaged. Nando’s is great as a pre-theatre or cinema dining option as the food comes very quickly and you don’t need to hang around waiting for your bill.

I go to Nando's occasionally and the whole atsmophere is beautiful. The food is quality and is so enjoyable. I loved and would recommend the Butterfly Burger which is a chicken burger with fries and I have Coleslaw and Halloumi with it and it is outstanding. The service is brilliant and whenever we come the staff are always caring and passionate to serve you. They bring us our menus immediately and are very specific about if you have any allergies. The whole atmosphere is just stunning. Love the Frozen Yogurt at the end and you can fill up your drinks when you want to. You pay like £2-£3 on Frozen yogurt tubs. Just outstanding. I love this place. They just smash it 100% each time. 5 star for all. I always keep trying to arrange when I will next come. I am going to keep coming and having a fantastic time. Those who haven't been there, I think you would enjoy it so much. And those who have been might agree with me. Well done Nando's and keep smashing it. Money is all worth it.

staff were very friendly atmosphere was chilled out the decor was stylish food was good portion sizes a little on the small size, ice machine was down hopefully they get it fixed makes a big difference, would of given it a 5 star but portion size and ice machine brought it down to a 4 star but definitely recommend...

Went Nandos today first time since the refurb with my children…. We all liked the new layout and decor and also felt abit more private when dining which I liked because of how the tables are layed out. I was shocked at how quick the food came out (well done to chefs) and all very well presented and cooked. Also my children are very happy you now have a dessert menu!
