My friend and I always meet up here for a coffee and cat h up. The coffee is lush and it's like a bowl full if coffee, the size is brilliant

The place is nice. Some decent food but it's a bit overpriced. The atmosphere is quiet in the morning. However one thing I would recommend is getting better seating, something more comfortable.

Service was fine, coffee took a bit longer than expected, but no huge issue.

Great customer service, coffee and food. Though my experience would have been much better and more comfortable if the sofa chairs/upholstery downstairs were cleaner/maintained better.

Always excellent, fast, and friendly service. Gareth is particularly lovely and always remembers and uses mine and my brother’s unusual names and also has my usual order memorised - down to the substitute milk and syrups. It’s so appreciated - especially when you’re having a long day and a sugary coffee is the only thing that will sort it. The whole team are fab but that stands out.

Friendly staff, quick service, very clean downstairs but not so clean upstairs

Can't fault the shop, they do a great hot chocolate and although being slightly more expensive than rivals Costa. They are working hard to keep the shop going even during lockdown. They have clear signs and have recently opened up their upstairs seating area, they are also one of the only stores that will refill my reusable water bottle. Definitely recommended, also i usually have sugar, but Starbucks chocolate is sweet enough. Great job in tough times 👍👍
