I just had a really great experience at Greggs on Frimley Road. Their systems for the app were not working properly but Jake helped me to sort it out and was so super friendly and helpful. The food was really fresh and delicious having just come out of the oven. After standing in the heavy rain at football and being absolutely soaked and freezing cold, it was just what was needed- hot bakes and sausage rolls along with a delicious cappuccino. Jake also helped lift the mood with his impeccable customer service. Will definitely come here more often now.
