The ambience was too good for small parties or meet-ups. Food taste was very yummy. Ordered their famous dish ‘Crispy Kale Chat’, ‘Pani Puri’ and ‘Sambar Wada’. Being a South Indian really loved the taste of Sambar Wada. Finally, ended it with a South Indian Filter coffee which was the best as per my experience in UK.

Enjoyable meal, great atmosphere, delicious food, and great value. Have been back multiple times, and it's consistently a good experience. It was great to see some proper traditional Indian dishes on the menu here. The cocktails were brilliant and the rasmalai is a must!
This is some of the best Indian food I've had in the UK! We had dosas, paneer butter masala and parathas. The paneer butter masala was very creamy and delicious, the dosa was practically overflowing with masala and the parathas were hot, fresh and crispy. The place also has a great atmosphere and service. Highly recommend!
Perfect night with friends in Tiffin Trunk! Highly recommended! All staff there are kind and friendly. When they talked to you, it was like an old friend which really warm. Also, It’s our first time to try India food and they give us nice recommendations, and I will highly recommend the crispy kale chaat, which in P2, its definitely the highlight of the night. I will be there again!
They were very accommodating, we were a big group and turned up with no booking and they managed to seat us (on a Friday night too!)
I loved the crispy kale dish and my husband really enjoyed his curry. Cocktails were 2 for £11 which is unheard of in Cambridge!
All in all great value for the price. Great service too!
Best and authentic Indian food! Friendly staff, nice interior, pocket friendly price (£70 for 5 people), great variety and quantity of food. Very happy with the visit.
