Popped in yesterday evening rather late expecting to be told restaurant was closing, but we were warmly welcomed and made comfortable. Food was great (thank you for a tasty selection of vegan options, it’s always appreciated!) and the service was prompt. Our waiter, John, deserves a particular mention he was so friendly and accommodating. Thank you!

Went on a Sunday evening , out of stake and were turning a lot of people away after us. Food was slow to arrive , but to be fair , we were told on arrival that this would happen , due to how busy they had been. Staff really friendly and tables were very clean. Female toilets had a broken lock on cubicle door .Burger and fries were lovely but overpriced , glad we used a 2 for 1 voucher.

Christmas Day Lunch here was fantastic and the service excellent. The presentation was exquisite and the desserts were to die for. The staff were all lovely and very friendly even though Christmas day can't be fun to work on! Thank you to all the staff and management for making our lunch so special.

Plenty of room inside, usual Bella Italia menu, pasta, pizza and fish and neat dishes..
Staff were attentive but we had a slight problem with my meal as the sauce was cold. But when I raised this with staff they quickly sorted it out and gave a discount on the bill for our inconvenience. My meal (cod Sicilian) once heated was excellent and very flavoursome.

Perfect place for some good Italian food and great atmosphere for some lunch or just to have dinner with friends or family. Not romantic as place is full nonstop.
Food is really good and definitely try spritz. Don't drink and drive. ^^

Exactly what you'd expect from an Italian chain restaurant! Food is tasty, the venue has a nice atmosphere, and the prices are good with various discount codes offered through their website. Make sure you don't go there without one. 50% off for students Monday-Thursday is my favourite!
