Take a walk in the high street and enjoy the outdoor fresh air. Loads of stores to explore. A busy part of the town so keep your wits about you when crossing the road.

Nice and cosy place to go for shopping✌️🙃

Lion Yard shopping mall , combine with Grand Arcade shopping mall. Located at central Cambridge, variety shops, restaurants and cafe. As well as Cambridge Central Library located on 2 second floor. Very convenient place to go for shopping, cafe break or meeting with friends.

It’s a nice shopping mall with wide varieties of shops. There is no much brand outlets. But there are few multi brand stores.

Large shopping centre with lots of named brands like Topman/Topshop, H. Samuel jewelry, boost, Newlook, JD sports, Boots, foreign currency exchange, sports direct, calender club, Specsavers, Jamaica Blue, Holland and Barrett, Tiger, 3 store, Levi's, River Island, Vision express etc. Has large public toilet. There is a free entry public library in the centre for a quick read, free WiFi and phone recharging. Nice place to meet up in groups.

Great shopping centre.
A lot of options , clean toilets , very nice mall in Cambridge

Approaching these stores I felt I was in Lilliput. Huge fronts & massive windows can feel slightly intimidating. However M & S-John Lewis etc are all stores that we've grown up with. Never too busy which is nice.

Very small joined on to Grand Arcade. Great use of empty space is putting in things like a rocket and educational displays

Plenty of on site staff to help and for security. Shame that some shops are card payments only, taking the choice away from customers like me who prefer to pay with cash. Toilets are kept clean but are only on the top floor

Disappointing gluten free options. GF bread available but toasted with regular bread so not an option for many GF people. Not very accommodating with the menu which could have been easily tweaked enabling me to have more choice.

Been to the Rushden lakes site quite a few times. Food has always been excellent. A great place for breakfast, brunch and Lunch.
Unfortunately, staff seem unaware how to serve a GnT. I was mortified to pay nearly £8 and wasn’t even given the privilege of pouring my own tonic. The result was a drowned gin that I couldn’t taste and left with a feeling of being robbed!

Exceptionally good table service by friendly and efficient staff. I highly recommend the Jamaica Blue coffee - definitely the best cappuccino I have had,

Visited Rushden Lakes today , started really well although tables really close together . Mums with prams had no space ! However spilt coffee in the saucer which had to be mopped up biggest bug bare was plates being whisked away before we had all finished !!!! I wouldn’t mind but we never hang about in places anyway !

We visit Jamaica Blue whenever we visit Cambridge, the reason is because this isn't a bog standard coffee shop. If you like good quality food and drinks this is definitely worth a visit. It's always busy so that speaks for its self , the staff are always polite and helpful not just to the customers but each other too which is great to see. Even when full we have never had to wait very long to be seated, Very well organised and clearly great team work. Many thanks

Great customer service and the food is amazing, my favourite restaurant at rushden lakes I would definitely recommend going there !

We waited quite a while to be served, there was no warm/friendly service, the waitress got our order wrong. The coffee was lovely and so was the food. But unfortunately the staff didn't impress me.

First time today at our local branch Rushden Lakes.. overall ok experience, had bacon & egg bagel which was alright. Bagel was lovely, egg yolk was hard rather than runny and the bottom was over cooked. Asked for bacon to be crispy as I can’t stand fat and for me it was disappointing.. streaky bacon with TONS of fat that was in no way crispy!
Would return but not in any rush..

Best decaf coffee in Cambridge in my opinion. Had the Moroccan Lamb Salad which was delicious. Was warned I would wait around 20 minutes for my meal but it came in 10. Coffee was served straight away & the staff were lovely as usual. I have never had a negative experience at Jamaica Blue.

Coffee extraction was too dark, making the coffee more bitter than I like. Cookie was a little overcooked and hence dry, especially at the edges. Otherwise the environment is good and staff has a good attitude.

Visited Jamaica Blue in Shipley (West Yorkshire). We booked in advance and we're seated promptly. Very courteous and helpful staff who were pleased to make sure we knew how their ordering service worked. Our order was taken quickly and food arrived promptly. Delicious servings, nice and hot, and very filling. We all could only manage a starter and two mains. We are very pleased and will go there again! Would recommend you try this venue!

Slow service. No more than a dozen people in here at lunchtime yet 10 minutes plus to have an order taken (one member of staff chatting to another customwe -presumably a friend - at the table next to mine and studiously ignoring me in case her conversation was interrupted) then 25 minutes to make an eggs benedict and no apology until I raised a quest. "There's a delay in the kitchen" I was told which a statement of the blinding obvious but no other advice offered. By the time the food arrived the coffee was lwas long drunk
You might have expected an offer of a free one but I wasn't even asked if I wanted another (free or paid for). A discount of £2 on the bill was hardly earth shattering and was just on the bill, no discussion. God help them if they ever get busy but with service like this it's pretty unlikely. Try Savino's Emmanuel Street - on the other side of St Andrew' s Street from the Grand Arcade. Better coffee, better food and staff who actually care. Avoid this place unless you've got all afternoon to kill.

Visited Jamaica Blue today as I was very impressed on a previous visit, service and surroundings lovely as were the pleasant, welcoming staff and my food was lovely, however my son ordered the Jamaican blue breakfast which left a lot to be desired as majority of it was over cooked and sadly spoiled the experience.

Mine & my daughter & sons favourite place to have lunch. Always delicious food, best coffee & mint tea in Cambridge
Ellie Todd
Wouldn’t bother unless you like raw egg. No real apology, no reduction in bill for the hassle. Poor experience.
Sharon Wood
Service was excellent, food and coffee was delicious. Would definitely visit again. Much better than the boring Costa's, Nero's and the awful Starbucks. My place to go next time I visit Cambridge.

Chelmsford branch - service terrible, kids meals awful, they first toasted my daughters sandwich in error so I asked then to change it, in a matter of seconds a sandwich formed of two pieces of not particularly fresh bread with huge crusts ( not particularly child friendly) with a piece of processed cheese and no butter came out. When I asked the staff they said they don't use butter? Rest of our meals and drinks were very average.

I used the Chelmsford branch of Jamaica blue UK this afternoon along with my sister,
My sister had a breakfast roll and I had the eggsbenadict, we had a white coffee each with our eats,
The eats were cooked to perfection, and nice coffee to complement the food,
We had a warm welcome and had a nice window seat,
