The Edge Cafe

Met by friendly helpful staff. Great selection of savoury and sweet treats. The coffee was excellent, strong and not bitter. Plant based milk available. I had the bacon & brie sandwich. Lovely soft bread, full of fresh ingredients and nice crispy bacon. Nice chilled atmosphere, I relaxed and enjoyed my book and the going ons around me. Very reasonable prices for the good quality products on offer. Comfortable seating, not like these modern chairs you get so many places that are so uncomfortable to sit on. Enjoyed my visit.

We recently worked with The Edge who provided catering for our 70 person event in a local Cambridge venue. They were great in working with us to provide a vegan menu and even did several drop offs as we didn't have much fridge space- such excellent service! The food was DELICIOUS, we had so many comments from our delegates about how great it was. One lady even told us it was the best conference catering she had ever had! I will definitely be using them again when in the area.

It's a nice cosy cafe tucked into Mill road, Cambridge. All those employed at this cafe are those with history of drug and alcohol misuse and those recovering from it and working to rebuild their lives. It's also an hub for anyone seeking help or peer support to help them get out of such substance misuse. There is always someone to listen to such people and help out. It's a truly worthy cafe.
