Genuinely one of the BEST ramen places I’ve ever been to. It was SOOOOOOOOOOOOO nice. It’s not halal, but the server was very accommodating when it came to requesting the vegetarian Miso Ramen, but as a spicy version. Great customer service, and the food was soooooo delicious. I would 10000000% go again. Solid pricing too, it was £12.50. We arrived at 6:30pm, and it was busy, but not packedddd, and eventually died down within half an hour. It’s also not loud, but inside, it fetters on the side of quite chatter between all the tables.
If you want some delicious food for a good price, you know where to find it!

Excellent ramen for a reasonable price. It can get busy so be prepared to potentially wait a bit to be seated. The restaurant space is also quite small so not ideal for larger groups (5+).
Several vegetarian and gluten free options in the comprehensive menu.
Highly recommend for some of the best noodles in Cambridge.
Bring cash because they do not take card/ mobile payments.

Found this place in Cambridge after looking for an authentic ramen spot. We definitely were impressed with the quality of the food and loved everything. Highly recommend the plum juice drink!

Food was very good for the price. Flavourful broth, good noodles and they don’t skimp out on toppings! The tori karaage was very good, seasoned well, extremely crispy and juicy.
It has a very casual atmosphere, and can be loud and a bit crowded when busy but it’s worth it for the food.

The food was delicious and filling. We had beef bibimbap and tonkotsu ramen. Perfectly cooked and worth every penny. The service was fine. They don't provide a receipt for the bill.

Very nice noodle bar underground,
Prices were very reasonable and the food was great and quick to arrive.
Was realatively quiet when we arrived, but soon filled up once it became peak time

To be honest, this is some of the best Asian food I've ever had.
I wished I had a bigger stomach so I could stay there all day.
I was looking for a place to eat on my Birthday.
As soon as I saw the entrance I knew great food was awaiting.
The service was wonderful, everyone there was just perfect. By that I mean that they were not going overboard and trying to be extra like other places. The atmosphere was peaceful and authentic and so was the staff.
The food was more than just food, it was a whole mosaic of experiences (just like you'd see in Food Wars-anime).
I also enjoyed that the menu had a selection of dishes and drinks from different countries.
I can totally say this is some of the best food this side of Osaka and I'll be back next time I visit Cambridge.
Thank you for making my Birthday perfect!

Decent ramen, good price! Could benefit from different levels of spice, I thought the spicy beef was basically normal beef. Cool place if you're after "hole in the wall" because it definitely is but that's a good thing.

Hidden under the shops right in front of Kings College entrance, this camouflaged asian noodle shop is everything you would expect of a small food shop. You walk past the kitchen to reach the tables, which are not many. Menu is small but does well with recommendations, you can just call the number of each item when ordering. Sake and Japanese beers are on the menu. It's a great stop for recharging energy along the Cambridge city centre walk, and once you pop back out to street level, the only thing you need is a coffee.

Tucked away down an alleyway, and then down into a basement, this hidden gem is well worth finding.
Service was quick, and we managed to get a table. It's only small, so we may have been lucky, as shortly after we sat down the place was pretty full.
The tonkotsu ramen was so full of flavour, and the pork melted in the mouth.
Delicious.

The best ramen in Cambridge. I had the one with beef and it was so flavourful and tasty. The broth was amazing: really balanced with a lovely depth of flavour. I'll be coming back soon ;)

The ramen I had here was one of the best ramen I had in my life. I have to say that I am not an expert in this food in particular but it was amazing.
Edamame: 3.8/5 -> I expected something a bit more special (chilli flakes, some flavour,...) not just edamame and salt
Okonomiyaky: 4.5/5 -> this can be solved with a bit more of salsa.
Gyukotsu Ramen: 5/5 -> just perfect ❤️

There aren't many Japanese ramen shops in the UK
Surprisingly, there is a store with a good rating in Cambridge
It opens at 12 o'clock, but it will actually open earlier
A lot of fried chicken tastes good
We ordered soy sauce and tonkotsu ramen
Both are good
But ramen may only be found in snow in the UK
So the surface quality is only average
All in all a good ramen shop
But be aware that there will be more customers after 12:00
Even if you are late, you have to wait for a while
about 20 minutes

We had tonkotsu ramen, takoyaki, okominoyaki, gyoza. Everything was super tasty, we enjoyed every single bite!! Well done!!

A hidden gem in Cambridge - so glad my friends are aware it’s there or I definitely would have missed it! We all had their insanely tasty vegan miso ramen (didn’t know vegan ramen could even be that yummy!?), the tofu was yummy and it was complimented perfectly by udon noodles! The veggie gyoza were also lovely too. Such a wholesome place and staff were friendly as well! We easily got a table but were there for an early dinner at around 4pm.

The food was delicious. Service was fine, sometimes they were slow to bring drinks. It's cold in this place if you're sat near the door. Good price. I do recommend.

Incredible! I love love love this restaurant! Not only are the meals very reasonably priced, but it is authentic. I used to live in Okinawa, Japan, and this food takes me back to the island life.
Every single item I have tried on the menu is perfect. And on top of this, the staff is so cute and friendly. They really ensure that your food is coming out quickly and that you love it.
On top of all of this, the location is absolutely perfect. It is straight across from Kings college. And in the summer, you can escape the heat by heading downstairs to the restaurant and enjoy a truly amazing meal. We have officially found our favorite Cambridge restaurant.
