Had a lovely server called Tom I believe and his attitude was 10/10 and service was so fast! recommended thoroughly

Nice, spacious coffee shop overlooking where a lot of busses stop, so it's a good place to pop in whilst waiting for a bus! The store is clean, the selection of drinks is good, and the staff are very friendly and efficient. They also have the calories of each drink listed next to them on the menu board - a fantastic idea and helped me when ordering my drink! The prices aren't bad either. Would recommend.

Love this place, specially our last visit when by mistake I ordered wrong coffee and lady at till “Laya” without taking a second, she corrected our order even when she started making a coffee. These small gestures of excellent service makes a massive difference. Well done Laya and thank you again.

Visit here quite frequently and must say that I'm not a huge fan of most British coffee shops/chains but Nero is always great quality in terms of coffee quality and pretty good service. My latest visit here, on Sunday, consisted of myself and my partner picking up 2 single macchiatos - unfortunately, they were quite strong and tasted mostly like a straight espresso, but did the job nonetheless. I do like the atmosphere in this particular branch, with it being so central. The bookcase/books are great additions. The toilets, however, are often out of order which is probably this branch's greatest downfall. I'm sure there's a reason for this.

Very nice place to have a coffee. They have some vegan options and variety of vegan milks. The vegan croissant was great! I prefer it with chocolate but the texture of the croissant was wonderful!

We just had a cup of tea and a cookie, a bit busy, but it was about 2 pm, so to be expected. Reasonable clean, although we had to move some cups and plates.
Students working, so there was WiFi, but I never connected.
Would go again, but either earlier before 12, or after 3.
I don't think it was wheelchair accessible as the path to the counter was narrow, but I am sure the staff will help as they all seemed nice and polite.

Service was quick and friendly. Coffee good as you would expect. If you're drinking in space is fairly limited and some of the seating is "tight" for getting into and out of. But overall a good stopping point near the Grand Arcade.

A great place to enjoy a good cup of coffee...in the outside of the Caffé. It would be lovely that they provide some benches in the sidewalk or even some trash bins. The coffee is good and the quality of the pastries are excellent. The portions size are fine but it is a little bit pricey.

Really cosy place to stop for a coffee on a dank miserable day watching the world go by through their huge floor to ceiling windows. Also, lots of super-handy plug and USB points to charge up !!
