Went for a buffet after a funeral.
Amazing spread. Five different sandwiches, quiche, spring rolls, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, chicken balls plus a selection of cakes served with tea and coffee.
Best buffet I have ever seen!
Far better than top hotels and location is convenient for the crematorium.

Sunday roast was very enjoyable, but mainly posting this review to show my appreciation for Anna! She did so much to make sure all our needs were met and did it all with a smile! Great atmosphere because of this, and the drinks were lovely too.

We tried the White Lion for the first time for a relatives birthday. The food was delicious, served quickly and we all enjoyed our meals, every plate was empty! We will return!

Visited on 22/04/2023, there was a good choice of dishes and I chose the green Thai chicken curry which was lovely. Other family members I was with had a variety of dishes which were lovely to and the portions were really generous and freshly cooked. Would definitely visit again.
