I came to breakfast here with a friend and our lovely waitress Liz was so helpful and kind. She made sure that we had our breakfast how we liked it and kept on top of cleaning tables. She makes very delicious drinks and definitely deserves 5 stars. Thankyou!
I came in for breakfast with my friend. We both got the toast and hot chocolate! Very yummy I recommend it. I got served by a lovely girl called Liz who was welcoming, kind and very quick.
This is one of the best Costa we go to. All the staff work hard, especially ( we guess ) the manager. He never stops and always making sure the place is clean and tidy

Was served by an exceptionally helpful and friendly assistant. Service was very quick. Comfortable place to watch life in the Grand Arcade while enjoying coffee and cake.
