I had been looking for some fun cooking events near Huntingdon or Cambridge, and found something which ended up being amazing! Went along with my mum to the paella masterclass. It was awesome! Paolo was so friendly and gave me and my mum the warmest welcome. She explained everything so well, made sure we knew about all the ingredients and methods involved and gave us a handy and concise booklet with all instructions on to take home. Paolo is a very enthusiatic, kind and vibrant instructor. She goes into great detail yet presents the information in an easy to manage way. I would advise anyone looking for Cooking Courses in Cambridgeshire to check out her services. I will certainly attend something else by Romano's in the future. Long live the socarrat! :)

Burwash Manor is a modern collection of Arts and Craft, grocers bakers, and candlestick makers (ironmonger). It is a lovely little visit for the weekend where you can visit and enjoy the onsite cafe or spa retreat. Once a year, it has a 2 day event for local craftsmen and businesses called the Wonder of Wood. This, in turn, has several food courts and events to impress the children while the parents get to look at the glorious results of local traders from the area. This can range from small objet d'art items for the garden to the large by Artisan Structures who make outdoor event spaces for private and public alike.

Came to the Wonder of Wood Fair, which was excellent. Lots of great craft by interesting artisans, all eco friendly. Great choice of food & drink. Music too! You will find at the very least one thing to buy. Will definitely visit again.

I went to the flock cafe which was nice. The coffee is some of the best in Cambridge and easily rivals hot numbers and bould brothers. The food is very nice and the salads are delicious. They've got a lovely seating area out the front with no cars, safe for children, good disabled access. There's a free car park on site away from the shops, so no stress of paying or being there too long etc. The larder deli is always very good. Lots of nice cheese, savoury snacks and naughty sweet treats. The staff are just lovely!

We visited on a weekday during summer holidays. We were able to get parked in the main car park. It looked quite full so we were surprised to find the shopping area and playpark sparse of visitors. All the shops we visited were clean and tidy. The loos were very high- tech compared to similar sites we've been to. My brother was disappointed to find there were no antiques shops, but we did find a fabulous haberdashery. Will certainly be taking my sister here! We didn't eat at the cafe. We didn't use the grounds for dog walking. Unsure whether dogs are welcome in the shops. There was a prominent sign advertising an upcoming event at the site which looked fun.

A great farm shop with great produce. (With very nice sausage rolls) The cafe is a nice place to have a cup of tea and cake. It has an array of shops that sell crafts, clothes and bits and bobs.
