Food and coffee are good but quite often the service is VERY slow and they never let you know.
We've been quite a few times and it's a bit hit and miss on whether we wait 10 minutes or 30 for a coffee.

Lovely place and first time having a coffee in a glass, but was fine. Ordered Eggs Benedict which was lovely. The bacon and eggs were done well and the sauce was great. The only downside was it being served on English Muffins which didn't help much with the clean up afterwards. Other than that, it was great. Would have given 4 1/2 stars if I could.
