The experience is the employees. They just care. I know my food is good. There are 5 other subways around me and I only eat at this one.

I had ordered from this subway on door dash, and the order never came. I filed a complaint and to get a refund on door dash. I went in to reorder and the worker talked to his manager, and they remade my order for free. Excellent service, especially when they didn’t have to do that!

We have four Subways in town and this one is by far the best. They never skimp on toppings and have the friendliest staff.
