Tldr: I cannot stop thinking about this place. Ive been to many cafes and this has to be top 3. Long review: Every thing we ordered hit the perfect middle. Not too hot, not too cold, not too small, not too large, not too sweet, not too bland, everything was JUST RIGHT! The flavors were amazing, great portions. From the pastries and dessert to the breakfast dishes to the drinks. The food and beverages were spectacular. The location is decently small. And word has gotten around that this place is spectacular so seating is pretty limited. We had to wait around for people to leave so we could sit to eat brunch. Well worth it though. It's mostly large tables and we ended up having wonderful conversations with strangers while enjoying the food.

Lovely environment and tasty food. Love their latte. We chose to sat under the delicate chandelier but the surface of the dining table in the center was a bit sticky. Overall a great place for brunch and hangout with friends.

Tatte is a place where you feel home. This french, Italian, middle eastern inspired concept servers great hospitality. The food was very tasty and very close to it's original across the ocean. If you are italian try the double espresso it is maybe one of the best alternatives away from home ;) lemonade was refreshing. This venture is very close to Kendall Square. Perfectly located for cool business lunches or first meetings with new clients.

We were very excited about this cafe bc there were so many friends that recommended it; however, it turns out to be a disappointment. The pistachio croissant was crunchy rather than crispy. The mixed nuts tart has a weird taste for the button caramel. The cappuccino was…meh. We also ordered the espresso mocha mousse which only get the chocolate taste without any espresso flavor.

Great coffee, nice ambiance, and beautiful pastries. I got the "nut box", which is a tart with a shortbread crust and topped with an assortment of nuts, and it was really filling. I also got a passionfruit pastry which tasted great!

Gluten free bread is delicious!! Not to mention gluten free desserts with plenty of options. My personal fave was the gluten free brownie. I tried it plain and with walnuts, plain is by far better. I got the gluten free turkey sandwich and it was fresh, light, and yum! My husband got a egg sandwich on a croissant (not gluten free) and he says it was great. Iced tap water is free with cups already out so you can help yourself. Or, you can purchase a water bottle. We loved the brownie so much on the first trip we had to make another stop just to try some more chocolate gluten free treats! We got the espresso chocolate and the dark chocolate and they both were to die for. So so rich and delicious.

Excellent spot for bakery. The donuts are amazing. I had a cappuccino and quality of coffee was perfect. I believe they used medium roast. I ate shakshuka traditional. Now there are variations of shakshuka depending which part middle east you eat but potato was something common seen across many of them. The potato and bell pepper was missing in this. The tangy tomato flavor was there with a touch of parsley and feta. I felt the flavor could have been applied with a bit more spices like paprika cumin and black pepper. But it was a good dish. I have had traditional shakshuka in various middle eastern restaurants including Israeli owned and this place is missing a few elements in the recipe. I like it any how. It is a wonderful place to come for weekend morning breakfast. I saw a lot of customers ordering their sandwiches. Will give it a try next visit.
