Culver's

Horrible experience this time around!!! Normally they always mess up on something of my family order. I double checked everything before heading home other then forgetting the sauce everything looked right. I was sooo wrong my burger was so pink, the fries were soggy and really brown and i asked to use the kids coupon for the free scoop whitch they ended up charging us for it. Ya the offered a replacement meal but was already a late dinner for us so we didn't want to run back up there.

Took dinner home tonight and I ordered a chicken sandwich meal with pretzel balls and a bacon deluxe meal. Opened the bag when I got home and only find the bacon deluxe meal. Which was literally smashed and couldn’t even hold it. Unfortunately I live a little out of town and didn’t have the energy to drive back to Culver’s. So I guess I’m eating what ever snacks I have in the pantry. Guess I need to stick with some of the local restaurants. Will be expecting a call from a manager.

Nice variety on the menu, we usually go through the drive through. The service has always been quick considering how busy they can get however quick isn't necessarily "good". I will say though that they are always willing to make it right which a lot of restaurants wouldn't even consider. Every single staff that works there is always super nice and obliging. We LOVE when they have their walleye!!! It is SO YUMMY!!! We just wish they'd have it on the menu year round!

I absolutely love this Culver's location. Culver's is one of my favorite places to eat. I've never really had any problems ordering here. One time they gave me two mini concrete mixers instead of one, and they apologized profusely and just asked, "Do you want it? We'll take it back if you don't. But we made it by mistake. You can keep it." Like, HECK YEAH, I'll take a free mini mixer! LOVE the concrete mixers--I'm a bit of an addict. The food here is always fresh and delicious. The staff are always SUPER nice, wearing smiles, doing their best. The location is always clean, even in the bathrooms. Music is great. Whenever my friends and I plan to go out to eat, THIS is where we go. I always eat in and never do drive-thru/take out. I love the atmosphere of this location. Plus, I like my cheese curds piping hot. Yum!

Good food but always super slow, takes a bit to get your food no matter what time you go. ** Update** Change my review to three stars as, I do eat here often because it's fast convenient and good food but they can't seem to get an order right there's been already three times in the past month where I've ordered the culvert bacon deluxe basket, can I get a burger that's a double with bacon but no fixings on it it's plain I don't understand how hard it is to make a burger and put the right one in the bag I used to work at McDonald's for 5 years I understand mistakes happen, but for three times in a month for this to happen on the same Burger is insane to me.

i worked here for a year and a half, probably longer. called into work one time when i was very sick. always made sure i had someone to cover my shifts and took time off earlier so it didn’t cause complications. One day i had someone working my shift because something had came up. i went in that day to get my paycheck quick before i left town and the manager Eric Lang, wanted to talk to me. i was fine with it because i loved everyone i worked with, he told me i needed to come into work that night because the other person couldn’t work for me anymore. i was shocked because i knew i couldn’t work and i had someone to work for me. i told him that i couldn’t and explained to him why. he said “ i hope your not going to make me work a double shift”. first off no one is making you do anything. regardless i told him i couldn’t and he gave me an ultimatum. “ if come into work, i can keep my job. if i don’t come in then i will be fired” i obviously didn’t go into work so i walked out that restaurant fired. this was not fair in anyway. and now he’s hiring little 14yr olds who just wanted money and that place is falling apart and he never appreciated my work ethics and how i was willing to do anything to cover other peoples shifts and working extra hours when they were short people. DONT WORK HERE!!!

Was at Culver’s just yesterday and it was super busy and I usually have a very complicated order, but there was this girl named Emma at the register alone just doing amazing and my order was exactly right. Wanted to give a thank you to everyone working there, you guys are doing great!!!! Emma deserves some recognition if possible, that couldn’t have been an easy day.
