This Shake Shack is located just minutes walk from Harvard Yard. Its very busy and a bit chaotic as there are tons of people around and most orders are via app or pick up. But there is a nice seating area on 2nd floor and couple table on the main floor. The burgers are very good.. I was told to expect very tasty burgers and thats what we got. The fries were ok, nothing special.. but burgers were delicious indeed. The shake was also very good and i tried it just to say I did, but was here for the burgers and they did not disappoint.

Ordering meals at a computerized kiosk that prompts you to buy more items you don’t want. Fun! I love it when my dining experience reminds me of checking into my flight at the airport!

Love shake shake their food is amazing. Always make my 45 min trip to go one. But not 5 stars because they are not in the North Shore Area yet

Servers were quick and kind. Food was great and unexpectedly their chicken nuggets are delicious. Upstairs is a bit of a hang out space with games. Overall, pretty cool place to grab a quick bite or hang out for a couple hours.

Here's the best Shake Shack in Boston at least for me. They cooked the burgers and fries nicely and served very gently. And they keep the tables clean. I have visited here several times and never been disappointed. Good foods with pleasant memories.

Very friendly and fast kind workers. Colin Was especially helpful by not only replacing my float when it feel, but also helping me know the area as we’re not locals.very nice and helpful staff, would recommend.

When you've been running around all day, sometimes a Gochujang Fried Chicken Sandwich is just what you *need*
While it wasn't as spicy as I'd hoped, the team was able to make mine without a bun and slapped on extra sauce.
The aioli was great, and you really can't mess up crinkle fries.
Extra shout outside for the team triple cupping my beer to go, and for making sure everyone was spaced out while waiting to pickup their orders!
