Pros: very healthy, price is fine considering the location, toppings are delicious and basically unlimited, pita bread is warm Cons: Hummus bowl has a small portion of hummus, it is very blandly seasoned, not creamy, and is served room temp instead of warm. I tried all 3 hummus flavors and settled on the cilantro lime. Falafel has no flavor and has a gummy texture, pita bread is too small

This is one of favorite places to get lunch. It’s a healthier alternative compared to the food court in the mall and the few places next to it. They have a very similar approach to chipotle style of serving where you pick between salad and rice bowls and then add any sort of fresh veggies you like! I am taking one star away simply because the staff in the filling stations are generally rude when you ask them for something extra! Management needs to remind the staff that a business is nothing without regular customers!

Good experience. Quantity and quality of food is beyond satisfactory. I've never seen "hummus bowl" as an option before, but it was pretty cool. I had shredded chicken as protein, and was quite amazed by the taste. Generous portions of hummus and toppings. I would definitely recommend this place for quick tasty med-food.

I was in the area and seeing the good reviews online, I decided to stop in. I enjoyed my hummus bowl and was impressed with the number of options to choose from. It was an assembly line like process to choose the ingredients (similar to chipotle, except with hummus bowls). This is a good and bad process as it is difficult to decide what to go with, having never been there. Fresh ingredients, I would definitely recommend going.
