Deli with bagels and sandwiches and bagel sandwiches. I’ve heard great things about the lox sandwich, but I got the egg and cheese. Service was super nice, 10% tip is automatically added. The sandwich was very average but in a good way. It’s a solid meal with nothing over-the-top. You know what you’re gonna get if you go here, and you’re not gonna be charged a ridiculous price for it. Edit: Updating my review to 5 stars after going back and trying the bagel. Delicious cream cheese, you must try a bagel if you go.

I always love eating at Mamaleh’s! Do yourself a favor and get the Pastrami Egg and Cheese sandwich because it is incredible. I recently tried their Latkes for the first time and that was also tasty, especially with the apple sauce and sour cream side. Overall it is a treat to come here and I would recommend a visit if you’re in the area!

If you like a normal to decent amount of meat on our sandwiches, do not go here! I’ve had 4 sandwiches from here so far and EVERY single one of them had sparse meat. The first one was a reuben which was mostly sauerkraut with one or two slices of corned beef. I figured it was just the person who put it together just didn’t use a lot of meat that time so I decided to try it again. Same exact thing, just two small slices of corned beef, I was amazed and disappointed! Then, I got a few cold turkey sandwiches from them and SAME THING, very small amount of meat! I wish I had picture of the reuben but I finally took pictures of the cold “turkey” sandwich which was mostly coleslaw. The taste is good, but for some reason they use less meat now. I looked at other reviewers’ pictures from over a year ago and the amount of meat looks normal. Very disappointing when businesses like this decide to cheapen up their products to make more profit… not sure what other possible reason there is.

Rugelach was ok, very sweet. The lox bagel was mediocre. The bagels in Singapore are way better. Husband didn’t like and didn’t finish his pastrami egg sandwich.

Great spot for a morning bagel and coffee. Come here every time I'm in Cambridge. A bit pricey, but the food and coffee are great. The vibe is very nice, reminiscent of NY diners. Great staff, have always been friendly and attentive.

I've been there a few times and the food is always so delicious, this time I was there half an hour before closing and I had to ask if it was beef stock in the matzo ball soup haha let's just say it was darker than usual bottom of the pot- anyway I'm not criticizing it was still delicious just sayin'! Oh and the latkas were also a bit let's say dark.. just don't get there minutes before closing! Overall I love this place 💕

Discovered via an Off the Beaten Path Food Tour, now I'm a regular. My favorites include their fun holiday food like reuben dumplings during Hanukkah/Christmas. They make delicious food from baked goods to sandwiches to salads. They're also doing some interesting suburban pickups so if you're outside of the food delivery area you could still eat there. A very special new Boston institution! Yum! 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐ ⭐⭐
