The people at pasta counter are racists! They serve well to white people but if you are a non-white person, you can’t even ask them to mix the pasta well. I heard them talking about about my origin country in their language when I requested to mix the pasta well. This is not acceptable. I am paying for the food and you are not giving it away for free. Behave with your full sense.

Overall I like this place, the food is good and the wait is never long. There is some room for improvement however. The one area they could do better is with the pre-made breakfast sandwiches. The sandwiches are good but they don't indicate what kind of bagel or muffin your getting with the sandwich. The labeling does not indicate anything beyond 'bagel, muffin etc'. So far I've gotten plain, wheat and this morning an assagio cheese bagel. I really don't want to start unwrapping their sandwiches to see what they are and I'm sure they don't either, so better labelling would be greatly appreciated.

I wish they hadn't changed to less environmentally friendly packaging for the to-go salads! We really didn't need a plastic top for the salad containers. Also, since renovation there are fewer soup choices, boo. Finally, bring back the water chestnuts at the salad bar, pretty please! At the end of the day though, the food is still high quality and the staff here are just great. Still a great place to grab a quick lunch or snack if you're near the Kendall Red Line stop.

The food is always really good! The cashier in the evening is always super friendly and nice! I been going there since last summer - 2018. However, the woman who makes the pasta in the evening and I visited recently, she is still there - she has a major ATTITUDE if you come in about an hour before the store closes. She is NOT friendly at all and makes you feel like you shouldn't be ordering pasta because she is trying to clean up and close down her station. It's not like I was trying to order 5 or 10 mins before the store closes. I literally would get there about an hour before closing - on my way home from work. So that's why I gave this place 2 stars. The pasta woman needs some training in customer service.

The catering service Sebastians provides is simply fantastic. Their staff was so friendly and attentive when serving during our office holiday lunch. Maureen and Kristi did an amazing job and our clients loved the food and service. We have already recommended them to other clients and will be using their services in the future!
