Do NOT come here unless you want to be mistreated. The worst experience I've ever had in a store. I've never been treated in such a disrespectful manner. The male barista behind the counter was verbally aggressive and berated me after I ordered 8 different drinks today 10/17. I ended up paying for 2 extra drinks because of an ordering error (one order in which I readily acknowledge was my order and thus paid for an extra drink seeing as it was my error). However, the second drink the barista messed up the order and then made me get back on line and reorder 2 more drinks while yelling at me. Worst experience ever. I wish I had the name of the male barista behind the counter because this was so ridiculous that I was yelled at so blatantly for poor customer service.
The bubble tea was watery and tasted bad on top of all this. After all that, at least the bubble tea should’ve tasted good.

Nice casual spot to get your bubble tea. Lots of good flavors for the tea as well as options for your boba. Vegan subs are also available. Loved my mango peach boba. They also have a charging station if you need.

Cute! Its got a lovely atmosphere, great location. Service was quick. Tea was not the best I have ever had but the boba were well done! Nice place for a quick drink or mochi ice cream!

The person working at 4.30pm on Friday, asian guy with long black hair, took my order wrong, and in a very VERY rude manner told me he did not care and would not give me the correct drink. I order from this place the same drink very frequently on Grubhub, and I told him this, but he did not care and totally ignored me. I felt so powerless. I truly hope he gets fired.
He gave me this ROTTEN coconut coffee tea instead of vegan coffee smoothie.

Extremely fast service, and their Boba is always perfectly cooked. Not hard but not so soft that it's falling apart. 100% recommended for good bubble tea!

The hot teas here are the best I've ever had. I strongly recommend the hot green tea with rose. It's seriously amazing and the staff are super helpful and kind. Best part of my trip to Boston so far!

The man behind the counter not only got our order wrong, but tried to charge extra for the replacement. He gaslights you in front of other customers to portray you as the problem - other reviews can confirm the same.

Despite all that, the real tragedy in this establishment is the melted candle wax they call bubble tea. But that's a story for another day.

Boba was disappointing... The drinks were not worth what I paid for. There has to be a better boba milk tea around here.
