Domino's Pizza

As my local branch of one of my favourite takeouts, I adore this branch of Domino's. Love the little robot dude in the app, too, and the polite manner of the delivery guys. On one occasion we were unfortunately missing a single item, but after a short phonecall we were able to quickly resolve the matter. Very happy with how this was resolved - and we haven't had any other issues on the many multiple occasions we have ordered from this branch.

I rarely order take-away but I ordered online for home no-contact delivery, and it came just 20-30 mins later. Delivery driver seemed friendly and upbeat, had a mask and followed delivery instructions perfectly, giving a polite wave and 'take care' when I came out. Pizzas were as hot as I could imagine them being (thick base was very hot, thin base was marginally hot since it obviously wouldn't retain heat as much), my order was correct, and the 'track your delivery' seemed pretty accurate in gauging when it would arrive. If I get another hankering for pizza, I know where to order from, good stuff.

Been in the store wanted to order gluten free pizza with vegan cheese and other toppings as I have lactose and gluten intolarence but they said they’re not allowed to put vegan cheese on gluten free base. As I already had it before I called the other Domino’s on Hills road and asked if it’s possible to get it and they said yes but when they took my address the men said they can’t deliver in the area I live as there is an other Domino’s closer to me. But I can not have the same thing there.. ?!?!?! Disappoiting

Worst experience ever!! Not only my order came out late (ordered at 17:45-and received the order around 19:10- yet the order was marked as delivered at least 10 minutes before it’s arrival) and cold, my VEGETARIAN PIZZA had CHICKEN on it. I am a vegetarian and pregnant, having a bite of chicken made me really sick. When I called the store, I asked for the manager, but Holly didn’t want to pass me on. She offered to send me another vegetarian pizza and really didn’t seem to understand the gravity of the situation (asked if the other pizza had the right toppings on and whether there was anything else wrong besides the coldness and misplaced chicken). After I explained how sick the chicken on the pizza made me (when you’re vegetarian and pregnant, the last thing you need is a surprise chicken topping) she said that she could refund the veggie pizza only and offered to take the case over with the head office, but only tomorrow, as tonight is a very busy evening. No wonder there are a lot of negative reviews about this shop!

So annoyed with Doninos North (Histon road Cambridge) this is the second time this has happened now, last time I ordered my food and I ordered an extra dip I really wanted and it did not come with the dip I had paid for and plus the food took 30-45mins longer than expected and arrived Barely warm. Then tonight Iv ordered the same order but added a tub of ice cream which is like £5.99 only to realise after taking the food inside that this time I had all my dips but the tub of Ice cream never came, I’m so angry right now as I was really looking forward to it. Iv also tried calling the store and they are not answering and btw it was late again and barely warm. I am P****d off, why am I paying money to dominos who keeps giving me cold food, arrives late and robs me at the same time? No more.
