The isles of the store are not crowded with people shopping, but the lines are always packed. The 3 (?!) checkout lines each have 8-10 people waiting. The picture included is of the 'express' lane! This happens every time I visit, regardless of the time of day. The last 2 times I visited I ended up just putting everything back and leaving empty-handed but this time I didn't have that option. I feel bad for the cashiers as they are doing the best they can, but less than half the registers are open and there are many other employees milling about. I doubt they are really short staffed. It seems to be an organizational/management issue. Avoid the place and go to the Prospect Street location (which now has self checkout!). Or, better yet, just go to the Trader Joe's a few blocks away.

I have mixed feelings about whole Foods. It's a nice place smell and looks well kept everyone I go in. It's just some of the prices could be outrageous. I feel as if I'm shopping at a name brand clothing store sometimes lol. It's organic so you pay a little extra but with a little research and man made loop holes there are ways for your food to be considered organic chemically free but are truly not. I do shop at Whole Foods but also other supermarkets as well. As people we need to do a little research or deep dive into it but find the truth behind the words we are told. In all reality tho Whole Foods is a good store just some products are not as promised because of the company producing the food exploits the man made loop hole that considers food to be organic.

I had high hopes for this place but the latte they gave me was molten lava. I've never been served coffee so hot. Normal lattes are served using a machine for the espresso which is at a medium high temperature but the one they gave me was like if they using boiling water to make it. Usually adding the milk to the espresso cools down the latte but I'm guessing they poured boiling oat milk in my drink cause it wasn't cooled in any way possible. It took an hour and the ice cold winter of Boston to cool it down to warm enough to drink.

I love the layout of the store. It's spacious and well organized. They have a larger selection than any other nearby Whole Foods. Prices are what you would expect.

I shop here fairly often, and a few times before I've caught the meat and fish sellers attempting adding an extra dollar per pound to the price, and told them to correct it. Today, I was not paying attention and was charged an extra dollar per pound on both and a fish and meat item. Do the managers tell the employees to overcharge customers, assuming that they usually won't notice or say anything? I will continue to occasionally go there out of convenience, but I guess I'll have to make sure I'm not getting ripped off.

I stop here on my way to work to grab breakfast and lunch to go. They have a good selection of prepared foods for both breakfast and lunch. I try the bakery first then the hot breakfast bar. Convenient location and friendly service.

Overpriced. Deceiving the public. Food sourced elsewhere. Not cooked by Whole Foods. First put in so called hot bar. When not purchased for a day put in 'grab and go' boxes, weighted down with potatoes, for $10.99. Small salmon piece weighted down w potatoes 10. 99. Separately 21.99 a pound.
