Pho House

Absolutely fantastic quality food for the price. Their noodles come out piping hot as well as their appetizers. The desserts are well made and are a perfect match for the entrees. The service was fast and friendly. Only thing worth mentioning for improvement is that their crispy egg rolls have too much carrot, but that might just be me

I wish I could rate the food, and the dining room separately. As far as the Pho excellent, delicious and huge portion. Noodles cooked perfectly. So Good! However the dining room is in desperate need of a renovation. And I'm not talking about the decor, that can be overlooked. I'm talking about the carpet. It is filthy. Smells terrible, and is a huge turnoff. Not the place you want to take a date. I order to go, which is a shame because there is nothing better than having your hot soup/food brought to you fresh. Please replace the carpet and this is 5 star Pho.

Pho House is an upgrade from the previous Thai restaurant that used to be in that space and I'm happy that there's another Vietnamese option in the area. The location is convenient, clean, and spacious. The service was good and the staff was pleasant. The food was good, but not amazing. I felt the dishes were solid, but not outstanding. The combination Pho I had had good flavors, but the broth wasn't really amazing and they didn't give me a ton of side veggies. My friend also had the duck noodle soup and she said there are other locations in the area that make it better. Having said that, I would go back for a decent meal and nice place to just catch up with friends. The dishes were worth the affordable price and if you're feeling like a food snob one night, you might want to up your budget and look elsewhere.

The place was alright. Food was pretty good, a couple interesting items (e.g. "country" Pad Thai), but some things were just a little lacking (the flavor of the chicken red curry was good, but not spicy enough for a Thai red curry). I'd give the food 4/5 and the service 3/5 because the staff didn't show any real enthusiasm/friendliness. It is worth a visit if you want some good Asian food and are in the neighborhood, but there are more authentic options elsewhere in the city.
