The Taco Truck

I've visited the Taco Truck while at Sowa market a few times and have been happy with their lighter meals. I get the carnitas tacos, with a side of fried platanos, which I think are the same as plantains. The tacos have been moist and full of flavor, and they weren't too fatty. The fried plantains were also great, and added a lot of sweetness to accompany the tacos. The staff is generally pretty quick, although the lines outside the truck can be pretty long at times.

Yet another food truck turned restaurant. Came here for some late night eats over the weekend. While its not open as late as their neighbors (Tasty Burger) they are still open until 2am which is nice. They have a decent menu with a few vegetarian options. I ordered the Torta and Elotes (Corn) for my meal and it all came out pretty quickly. The torta was flavorful and had a nice crunch to the bread. The corn was okay but nothing too special. All in all I would come back for sure when craving good and quick Mexican food.
