Says 24 hours, currently open. But the store is locked, lights are off and there’s a cashier “cleaning”. Purpose of 711 and 24 hour spots is to provide sometimes urgent service after hours that aren’t available elsewhere but how can that happen when your employees are always closing the store whenever they want to? Please fix this.

Pay with plastic or exact change. I like 7-11 but won't be stopping at this location any more. I gave the clerk $11 (a $10 bill + $1 bill) to cover my purchase, which was $5 and change. The idea was to get a $5 dollar bill back. She just gave me the coins and when I said "I gave you $11," she said "no, you gave me $6." I said this twice and each time she said no. I finally gave up - it was only $5 but still, her insistence that I was in the wrong wasn't cool. Hope whoever finds the extra $5 in the till at the end of the shift enjoys it!
