Amazingly slow.. sandwiches are hit and miss here.. today I'm not sure what went sideways but roast beef was dry and line with 5-6 cars took around 10 minutes from order to food out the window. After comment from the owner I filled out the form. I will add the woman working the window was very nice, there was no issue with the interaction, only over cooked food and extremely slooooow

I've always loved Arbys. Have not been here to eat for about 5 years. And me and my friend decided to go eat here and we stood there inside waiting for almost 30 minutes before we were even asked for our order. Then we ordered and were told they had mac cheese back in stock so we both ordered that then we were told it's still frozen come back tomorrow and it will be ready .....thawed. Then my friend ordered fish and we were told no fish until december. Out of fish until December. So we ended up getting food we really did not want to eat but had to rearrange our order to suit them 🤣. The manager the workers everyone was super nice ! No issues with any workers they were really all great ! But I just had to explain why they got a 3 stars that day.

30 Jun 2022... Just ordered the Greek Gyro meal for lunch. Pita bread was hard on one side, as if it was over microwaved. You know how bread gets when you nuke it too long... It gets very hard/crunchy and dried out. That's what Arby's served me today. Not sure whether or not they use a microwave, but regardless of that, the pita was terrible/dried out. Also, please make sure you use enuff Tzatziki sauce on the Gyro. There was very little and almost all of what you did use was ONLY ON ONE END. Would you put mayo or arbybsauce or cheese on only one end of the sandwich? Cmon.....

What a disappointment lol before I even get to the food that was just slapped together and smelling burnt yet fries taste undercooked, you get to be waited on (drive thru) by a chick who sounds annoyed that you’re even there, continuously asking “ does that complete your order” after every item as if you don’t have the mental capability to let her know you’re finished, then you get to the window where you hear them yelling to each other about the order and then you have to repeat the order to them. They take literally ten minutes (after finally putting the order even in) til you get your food. Come on Arby’s you’re a huge joke trying to figure out who keeps you open and at this point I’m starting to agree— if you don’t like your job? Get a new fuckkng job bro lol And then can’t give you a receipt (which they ‘tried’ to do for four minutes lol I can’t even) What a joke of a staff.
