Domino's Pizza

Ordered a pizza at 4:13am baring in mind they close at 5am. Pizza was prepped and cooked super quick according to the app. Went out for delivery and the pizzas never arrived at all despite the app changing to delivered. You either need to hire delivery drivers that can deliver the product paid for, or you need to make sure the pizzas actually leave the restaurant. I just wanted to add, I was calling non-stop for 20 mins before they closed and they had no interest on picking up the phone. Will be getting my money back and not ordering from Domino's again. Well done to the Cambridge Central store for letting down the Domino's brand 👏 Absolutely disgusting service!!

the delivery was late and i was falsely notified that it had been delivered via the app. We called to get an update and were told that it hadn’t been delivered…it took another 30 minutes. The food was stale, cold and unappetising. Called to request a refund and the guy on the phone was argumentative, rude and aggressive. Kept making excuses and made no sense whatsoever just to rudely tell me that they’ll put in a refund. Avoid at all cost

Terrible customer service, phone order taker didn’t ask any questions, mumbled and seemed irritated that she had to take my order. After over and hour and a half, I called to see where my pizza was and was informed that the address and phone number that she took were recorded incorrectly. Never got pizza. Terrible.

A standard Domino's outlet, a confusing range of deals available for usually good pizza. After seeing the reviews mentioning delivery, ordering to collect in store still resulted in quite a delay as the staff were too busy with the phone to serve the customers in store, even though we could see our pizzas ready on the rack just behind.

Disappointment every time, if I could put no star then I would. I love dominos but the one in cambridge takes the mik, every time I order, take 1-2 and abit hours to be delivered. Foood is cold, if I wanted a microwave meal I would of gone tesco instead of getting mugged. when You try ring up, there’s no one to help, takes as long as ordering and receiving food from another company. when They actually do answer they don’t seem like they care. Saying we give you free pizza if you call and order next time, then order with it being later with no added free prizza like they say. (it’s there excuse to get out of trouble every time) I’m really disappointed and will remember this until management and driver are replaced or I move town, which ever comes first. Absolute w*nkers
