St. Louis Bar & Grill

Everyone there is welcoming and friendly, but I feel they're a bit under staffed. I went and there was one server who was also the barman. Took a bit longer than expected for us to put in our order. The food itself wasn't great. The sauces felt off for the wings. Lacked real flavour and it also wasn't very well mixed together. Some wings were very saucy and some barely had any. The St.louis bar and grills that I'm use to are a lot better than this location. I am a bit disappointed.

Ordered online 4/27/2022 at 2pm - the order indicated it would be ready in 30 minutes - 230pm. I showed up early - 205pm knowing full well I was early. The awesome server and staff started the order right away and I was out the door in 15 minutes - 15 minutes earlier than expected at 215pm. On top of that the food was 10/10. Keep up the great work!

All I'm going to say is how disappointed I was today completely lacked customer service and most likely will never return back to this particular location. It was my first time and first impression completely garbage. To start to even be asked what to drink too about 10 minutes then to receive my drink 10 more minutes. Not to even mention after all that waiting didn't even have a chance to order my food. When I finally placed an order honestly has over 45 minutes which is completely ridiculous. The waiter didn't even come check up on our table or even update why its taking forever. Meanwhile I'm looking around it's not even busy why did I waste an hour for a drink or food? When food finally came the waiter didn't even come around to ask how food was only towards when everyone was done eating. If it's not busy should of been acknowledged by the waiter. Was the waiter just not interested in being there or was just completely unbothered by customers awaiting on their orders. Again horrible horrible service never been sooo disappointed I will never return. I've been to other locations dont understand this one disappointed me so much.

Absolutely horrible experience. Sat at the host stand for 30 minutes while 4+ tables could have been cleared/sat. Waited 40 minutes at our table to get drink orders. And then we got our food order taken. Another 20 minutes goes by. In this time 2 other tables sat after us. And got their food before us.
