My experience today was interesting. Went into the store just after 5:00 to get ice cream with my kids. I wasn't even in there for 10 seconds we were looking at the selections and the lady right away was like what do you want what can I get you and then I told her just to give me a minute at the same time there was this man and he had the freezer door open and he was just looking at something and she ran from behind the counter and was telling him close the door close the door I will open it for you. Finally I got three ice creams two for my kids one for me. The one scoop for my two and a half year old in the sugar cone I said just half a scoop but it was massive. Anyways he was sitting down eating it for like 10 seconds in the entire scoop fell to the floor so I told her what happened and she clearly saw...asked her can I just get a small scoop in a cup and then I will put it in the cone and she charged me for it full price ..... I was a little bit irritated by that and I don't think that should have happened.

Visited this location today ( May 23 at 3:30pm) 2 young ladies were working the counter. I asked for a large vanilla milk shake, extra thick , repeating the extra thick. I was told it would be fine and they would make it. When I got the shake it was extremely running and leaking out the top of the cup. I was annoyed and my partner went it to ask for it to be remade or provided with a refund. The young lady aggressively stated ‘ no refund, I don’t give refunds’ . We asked well can it be remade , she said she made it how it was supposed to be made. ( not how I requested) the young lady with glasses stepped in and offered to remake it, and she put less milk and it turned out great. They started to converse in their language; which I thought was very disrespectful. Then the young lady in the glasses asked if it was ok and explained that they had a new blender and didn’t know it could be done. The other girl was very rude and disrespectful. Never got this treatment at any other baskin robins and this is my only order when I go. The part that got it was the No refund eventhough the product was not what I orders.

I have bought 2 MD Fresh PK and girl behind the counter, not filled my fresh pack enough by pushing and it was little empty from top and she was telling me it’s 23 oz as company size. I have verified on company website and it’s clearly mentioned that 950 ml pr more because pre pack comes with 950ml. I have paid $28 for two packs so it should be more than 950ml that’s for sure. She is cheating with customer and if you are doing this cheating to all your customers then nobody will come back to your store. I went Kitchener and other places in Mississauga all fresh pack came with almost filled and more than 950ml. I am not at all satisfied with what they gave me. I will never go this place again and will not recommend to anyone.
