Osmow's

I wish there was an option to give this place less than one star. I’ve tried several different locations before this one was my first and definitely my last. I ordered a medium chicken on the rocks (usually what I always get) The food did not taste right or smell right. I got food poisoning about an hour after I ate it,it put me in bed for two days never going there again.

Great place for shawarma, not the best I've ever had (that's pita land), but definitely different and high quality. Prices are higher than I'd like to see, but one of the best choices without a doubt in terms of Shawarma! Greta location, right at the front entrance of the mall, lots of parking and quick pickup.

This location is one the best Osmows location in the region. It's clean, hygienic and a friendly staff, using gloves and wearing hair net while servicing customers. They serve fresh chicken, right off the skewer and on to the grill. Went in with my friend who wanted to check out the place and just wanted to have a bite. Order chicken platter for myself and the staff suggested Junior chicken for my friend. Amazed by the quantity of food let alone the taste, which was mind blowing topped with there famous osmows sauce. Wow, so much food for that pricing. I had to ask my friend to help me out to finish it. Thanks for making my experience a wonderful one. I will definitely be returning and is now one of my go to places. Worth the money and finger licking good! Highly recommended location!!!!

This location is an unclean Osmows franchise place. I will never set foot to this unhygienic place again. I think they served old expired meat for my other delivery order which smelled bad. I did not even eat it. Don't want to get sick. I'm thinking of reporting this location for a food inspection and hygiene from the authorities. The two Indian guys staff has rude attitude and is more interested in talking among themselves in their language than serving customers at the counter and playing loud music that you can't even hear yourself. How worse could it get when this particular franchisee location is run by people who do not know what respecting other people means. This rude confrontational and aggressive behaviour towards customers even shows in their replies to these reviews here. I have had good food experiences from other Osmows locations. But this particular location, I will never set foot there again. Edit: There is no reply from the head office contact email that they have mentioned here.

I've been ordering from this place many times over the last 7 months. I noticed that you don't cover your vegetables. I didn't say anything over the winter because flies don't hang out during the winter. I am saying something now because I got tomatoes that are on the fence... just about to spoil. There's no sense in cold-storing anything if you aren't going to make an attempt to close them. Glove changing needs to improve here too.

This shawarma place deserves less than one star. I went there on 24 jun to get an shawarma platter for my lunch on work-shift. I opened the box on my lunch and there was no sauce in it. So, i called this place and ask for a refund. The employee or whatever was on the phone told me that i can get an refund on Monday. Owner of this place refused to get me a refund saying that they can not pull up sales info for Friday. Do not recommend this place at all.

I'm sorry, but this is one of the worst osmow's I've picked up a shawarma from. I've been to this location on numerous occasions hoping that it was a one off, but it's consistently bad. I ordered a super shawarma and it was light on the toppings including chicken, barely any garlic sauce and if it had, was probably watered down. I was craving a shawarma, and this place didn't do it for me, I'll never return
