Wendy's

May 29. Filed a complaint. No response. Order a breakfast baconator, no egg. Side potatoes. Was missing the potatoes, bacon, . Just got a bun with a sausage in it. No cheese no bacon. Order for pick up on app for 945am, had to wait till 955am. One guy walked out cause he was ignored. Had 5min to eat food and drive 10mins to next client.

I was here this morning to get my kids some food and the middle aged lady who was on casual dress seemed like a Manager serving at cash desk, She wasnt present at all to us, she didn’t wanted to serve us, she was trying to avoid us for so long. Felt she is too raciest towards customers, and she made us wait for a while before taking the order, even after the order didn’t add us ketchup when I politely asked for napkins she was rude to us. First time I ever faced raciest cashier in Canada. Too shame Wendy’s chains having such employees train your employees to treat every customer the same.

Went last night at 8:15 and was told they couldnt serve me inside even though their online hours say theyre open until 10. One employee tried to help, while the other rolled her eyes and with a poor a$$ attitude saidshe couldnt serve me. Left and went to subway 👍 subway had great service, super friendly, fast and delicious food. So i guess it worked out for the better.

I visit this Wendy's frequently. The orders are always right which is something that other chain could take notice of. The new fries are better but the paper straws. Oh boy. I know it's not the restaurants fault as it's a corporate thing. But they don't last through a full large drink. And I've had 2 so far that after taking them out of the wrapper the glue had let go and I had an untwisted piece of paper instead of a straw.
