I have been going to this location for several years. The husband and wife team are friendly and sociable and always inquire about our family, including my daughters in California, even remembering their names! I haven’t actually ordered a sub in years because they remember what I get and just make it for me! Their staff are also friendly and helpful and always polite. Oh, and the subs are the best! I’ve tried the others but always come home to Quiznos.

The service was good, unfortunately the subs were not good. They use bacon bits Instead of bacon strips. My husband and son both had the Beef Swiss melt and the Angus beef was chewy. The Broccoli cheese soup was cold, I had to heat it up for 2 minutes in the microwave! Our bill was $49! It was a waste of money.

Iv been to this Quiznos few times. I love Quiznos but the people working there are very rude, slow and are cheap with the subs. Iv been to Quiznos many times but won't be coming back. Not happy with service here.

I've always preferred Quiznos style of subs over Subway's. Service is quick and the owner is friendly. I saw him offer some tissues to a customer when they took their order without some. Quiznos can be expensive, which is why I try to find coupons before ordering. The facility was clean, no trash or bits of food left over. It's unfortunate, the Brantford location is closed. This is my go to spot whenever I'm in Cambridge.

2018: Love the subs here. New renovation looks great. Really friendly staff that makes a really tasty sub. Best sub is the chipotle chicken.
