Chicago Pub & Billiards

it's quite expensive on sunday compared to us international students when it comes to billiards but i really had a bad experience playing here today. because i was charged 15$/player of snooker between 12pm and 5pm but normally it only costs 5$/person and the wait staff did not make us feel comfortable.

We have been here few weeks back and we had an amazing experience. I would have give 5 stars for that. So today we have planned to go to Chicago Pub & Billards with my friend, based on our last experience. It is absolutely amazing place and best food no doubt on it. But we were disappointed with the server, her name was Sophia. First of all she is very very rude server I ever seen in my life, no smile at all. No greetings She doesn’t know even what they have in whiskey. We ordered Bruschetta Bread and after few minutes when we told her to repeat it, she said kitchen is closed. It close at 10:00 PM, I understand if it’s closing we can’t order, but the way she answered me was very rude. Next time I think twice before coming here.

First time here, group of four. We were just looking for a meal, didn't play any pool. Service was good, and the food too. Really large portions, good for the price. Two of our orders asked for extra side gravy, only one of them showed up with it. Also, they make their poutine with shredded cheese, which is really disappointing. More like bootine. It was a decent place. We counted 30+ TV screens. I would eat here again.

Ordered the chicken souvlaki and New York steak. For the chicken souvlaki it was still pink in the middle for a few of the pieces. We had requested medium well for the steak and instead ended up with medium rare and we ended up cooking the steak to medium well ourselves. The vegetables that came with the steak were overcooked. Very disappointing and mediocre.
