Tim Hortons

I go there every morning and usually all is good. This morning I.placed my mobile order...large coffee, one milk, one sugar and a bacon breakfast sandwich. They put cream in my coffee which (to me) is gross. I enjoy getting bagels etc toasted. Lately everything I get toasted comes with a bonus black flecks which I assume are someone not cleaning off their knife from one order to another.

I went there at 650 pm this evening I frequently visit this location numerous times daily all week long when I went this evening to pay for my Americana the teller (mackenzie) was her name dropped a loonie out of her hand because her conversation with another employee was more important she than looks at me through the drive thru window saying you have to pick that up I stated there is no room she than said try I will hold the door I squeeze out and look up at her to notice she is holding my truck door firmly against the metal frame on the drive thru window. If the emoyees are to lazy to go out and pick up the change that is not my problem.i will go back to this location 1 more time and only to speak to the owner or manager

Oh sorry, we don't have any egg. I have heard this now at least dozen times in the morning going through the drive through. Sometimes I just want a breakfast sandwich when I'm pressed for time, and sooo many times at this location, they for some reason don't have any egg ready at around 5:30am. It's breakfast time! You might want to get on top of that. 3 times in a row it's happened only at this location. And another 7 or 8 times previously.The last time It happened, I just drove straight past the window and had to drive to another location, where they gladly served me some eggs. But they do have sausage ready if you want that thrown in an english muffin. Just get your eggs prepped! Update- Just went in store this morning and only wanted 3 timbits with my order. Young lady at the counter told me I had to buy 10 !!! I tried to tell her I could buy only 1 if I wanted to, but she kept telling me, "no you have to buy 10" Since when did this start??? Just a couple days before at another location I bought only 2.

This tim hortons turns there grill off around dinner time. We ordered some sandwiches through the app before we got there and when we arrived we were told sorry the grills were off ....that was around 5pm..even tho we already payed .. they told us to get our money back through the app..so we got ripped off by tim hortons we called after leaving it rang the first time and second time they turned the ringer off they turn the grill off whenever they just dont feel like working anymore pretty much around dinner time every day..rediculous tim hortons never thought a tim hortons would take my money and then rip me off and snub me like that jeez
