Me and my family went through the drive through last night and ordered 5 drinks. Not only were we served quickly, however, all the staff were so friendly especially a gentleman named Shivon. He made all of us smile, was extremely friendly, and even cracked a small joke within the short time we were there. It’s employees like him that make me want to come back to this location and enjoy the service at Tim Hortons so much! Thank you so much for being so great :)

This location is great. You see 15 cars in the drive thru you don't even flinch. You'll be through that line to speak to someone friendly, fast and well trained at the order speaker. You get to the window after that and 9 times out of 10 your order is there waiting for you. Wish all locations were like this one.

Service was good. But major mistake in my order. I went into store to get my order. I ordered larger coffee and steak breakfast sandwich on a English muffin. When I went back to car, I ate a bite out my steak breakfast sandwich. To my surprise the steak breakfast sandwich was missing steak portion of the breakfast sandwich. The breakfast sandwich only had a egg and cheese. I didn't bother going back in. This occurred at 100am on on Sunday May 1.

I completely understand some people moods working the night shift but to a little Coustomer service would be an asset to work in the public eye. I’ve been here two times at 0500 24/3/22. That morning person that works the window has to be the rudest individual I’ve ever encountered at this location. My order is always good service is fast but a good morning or have a nice day goes a long way. I hope they get some sleep in the future.

The order handling is quick, but I didn't get the bill. I did not like the taste of the food as well while the same item tasted much better when I had it from a different Tim Hortons store. Would probably visit here if only I have no other options left.

I ordered two medium coffees and a small steeped tea triple triple today at around 3pm and they gave me all 3 medium. I explained to the lady working at the window that I ordered one small and if you have already charged me for medium I will take that too. She apologized and said that they put wrong coffee in my tray and confirmed that my order is correct. Upon reaching at my destination, I realized that my order isn’t what I ordered. It was just the black coffee, no milk, no sugar, couldn’t even take a sip. So I called the store for the same and the guy asked me to come back for the coffee. Couldn’t go back.

Thank You to the pale desi chick on cash for the treats lately and her exceptional customer service. This is by far one of the best timmies in town with plenty of seating areas and charging outlets for patrons to use. The atmosphere is clean and inviting and the best part of all is that they still play FM radio instead of us having to overhear others talking. I will keep coming back to this location with or without her beautiful smile there to greet me.
