Double Double Pizza & Chicken

Was told our our order would be delivered in 45 minutes. It took an hour and a half, the pizza also didn’t have the toppings on it I had ordered. Also they gave us chicken wings instead of boneless bites. After speaking to the manager he informed me they don’t have boneless bites at that location. The wrong pizza and wings we didn’t order were cold and terrible. The manager was kind enough to offer me a 5 dollar coupon in my next purchase from there. I informed him that he could keep the 5 dollar coupon and that we would never be back. I worst pizza I’ve had in Cambridge and terrible customer service from manager directly.

Horrible customer service. We spent $60 on this food the chicken was undercooked and the pizzas had no cheese on them. I called owners they were willing to credit half. I told them that we loved Double Double in Brantford which is now closed so we drove all the way to Cambridge for this and wanted our money back. I have left 3 vm now for owner with no return call. Wonderful pizza. Love love love it all. Always perfect pizza made. And the owner is the best and kindest person I know. He will never say no and always tries to accommodate your pizza wishes (and I do have a complicated order might I add) very good customer service and I am willing to drive from Guelph to pick up pizza from this double double store. Thank you V, for best service and pizzas. Worth the 30 min drive EVERYTIME ...
