Mr.sub

So….son burnt his supper and I just got off a back to back to back shift from 2 jobs. I called Mr. Subs cause I don’t want him eating fast food at almost 11pm. The gentleman answered phone but said closed an hour prior, he must have heard disappointment in my voice. You know what he did? He asked how far was I, I’m literally 2 minutes away. Come on in I’ll unlock the door and make ur kid a sub!!! What an amazing man that actually cares about people in his community. This is someone that really doesn’t mind his job! I will support this Mr. Sun location for life. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU

Amazing food, even more amazing service! I grew up in a small town and since moving to Cambridge I’ve noticed how different customer service is in the city, (most places are impersonal and downright rude) however this place goes against the norm and has a real true small town feel. The owner especially is so polite, personable and will go above and beyond to make your experience amazing! The food itself is always fresh and mouthwatering, and is priced so reasonably! The fact this sub shop is close to so many sandwich and other fast food shops and is still picked daily as my go to spot means it really does stand out! I know it’s just a sub shop, but when your hangry and looking for a quick, reliable, healthy, cost effective lunch or dinner option, that is full of amazing and down to earth staff and this place exsists it’s definitely worth checking out (and writing a review celebrating!) They are setting an example of what restaurants and fast food should strive to be. All in all 11/10 experience!

Ordered in advance. Showed up a little early due to being on lunch break. Ordered 3 subs. One with double meat. Received order nearly 20 mins after arriving. All subs were burnt seen in photos. No feta. No double meat. Also, woman I was talking to was very rude. Said it will be done when it's done. One star.

i was there last night. the man behind the counter couldn't get my gift card to work and he accused me of having nothing on it! Asking me where i got it , as if i found it or stole it ! he got some help with processing it and it had seven dollars on it ! No apology whatsoever!Think twice before you stereotype someone! one star for poor customer service!
