Awesome Bubble tea place!! Great Customer service, will recommend again and again:) the tapioca bubbles tastes really GOOD, justifies the very long process of cooking, the girl explained me that it takes almost 3 hrs to cook those bubbles!! I appreciate your efforts, and service ♥️

We repeatedly asked the employee if they had the popping juice filled boba in which each time she responded yes. I asked what flavours they had and she responded only one. My wife said they weren't the ones we wanted and she assured us they were they ones that pop. In total we asked her 4 times between us. Once we told her they weren't the right ones her coworker stated they don't sell them. It would have been so easy to tell the truth before we bought them. She had no problem understanding what we meant after she had our money

Asked for popping bubbles when we ordered, she told us (and we specified four times) they had popping bubbles for our smoothies. We got them and they were tapioca, not at all what we wanted. Very disappointed in her service and will not be going back. We complained after and she gave us no solution. ✌🏼

I used to be a regular customer because of their smoothies taste, but the smoothie which me and my husband bought from here today was really bad. When I told that this is not the smoothie taste like, no any kind of flavour at all. But the person was arguing, very bad customer service.

Worst bubble tea! It used to be the best! They must have changed owners or something because the tea taste like it has Indian spices in it, its not the traditional bubble tea I used to enjoy. I won't ever go back.

If you like to support a company that doesn't respect their employee's, go right ahead. During my time there I was not only hit on by my manager even after asking him to stop. I was present when the police showed up and had to speak to the manager about sexual harassment in regards to another employee that wasn't me.(Of course he only got a talking to...) and now I'm chasing him around for my T4 that he doesn't want to send me....

Horrible service there bubble tea used to be so good but one day we got it with a horrible taste we asked to get it re made she denied and said no refunds we were stuck with horrible drinks
