Tim Hortons

I wish I could give zero stars. I was there on March 6 around 6 pm. I was in the drive through queue and when my turn came I had to wait almost 10 minutes. I was literally in front of the order screen but no one greeted/took the order. On top of that, my French vanilla was nothing less than a cup of hot water. I have never had any worse coffee than this location in my lifetime. Terrible experience. Stay away from this location and save your dollars.

We stopped at this location at 6pm for dinner. Service was friendly and fast but the food itself was sub-standard. We ordered turkey bacon club sandwiches with an order of potato wedges. Despite the buns being toasted, the sandwiches were stone cold. Also, the wedges weren't even warm. The server gave us a new order but they were just as lukewarm as the first. Not what we were expecting for just over $20 (with a medium cold drink - the only thing that was supposed to BE cold).

We were travelling to the U.S and decided to stop at this location for 2 coffees and 2 bagels. Waited in line for 17 minutes with only 3 cars ahead of us. It appears due to the other reviews, this is common at this location. If you can bypass it and go to a different location, I would highly recommend it unless you have 30 minutes to spare in the drive thru.

This Tim Hortons is extremely busy which is not surprising since it's part of a rest station along one of the busiest highways in North America. Wait times are excruciatingly long here. Everything disadvantage related to its location could be tolerated had it been able to give you bang for your buck. Their product quality is extremely lackluster and does not live up to the standard that you expect from a Tim Hortons at such a prime location. On top of that their prices are higher than the restaurant branches in the cities. Yesterday, when I was there their network was conveniently down and no one could use their rewards cards lest they use a promotional discount. Look at the signs along the highway and opt to get inside a city to look for a more off-highway Tim Hortons for much better product at a normal price.

Waited line 15 minutes with just 5 people in front of us @ 10 pm. Then get to the cash and the new bowls that were blasted all over their screeens were not available because - one they had no chicken, so we decided would go for the veggie option and then two- nope, no quinoa mix either. Was a bummer because wanted something relatively healthy and gluten free.

I used the mobile app to order a croissant and a London fog. I skipped a huge line. Everyone seems to be working on their own. No teamwork at all. Very chaotic. I got my order and took a sip. It was some coffee based drink. London fog is tea based. There was a sticker on the cup, an LF on the lid and my receipt said London fog on it. Someone made a mistake and made the wrong drink. No problem. I talked to the woman that gave me the drink. She started gaslighting me that this was a London fog and that she could make a tea latte if I wanted that. That it wasn’t her mistake. When I insisted that it wasn’t a London fog she said, “I don’t know. I just work here.” I think that means she should know better than I do what the drinks are.
