Tim Hortons

Incredibly slow. Inaccurate order fulfillment. Understaffed and just poor service. Hire more people, Edit. I actually can't describe how terrible this is. It is probably the worst coffee I have ever drinking if I whole entire life... Like no joke. I drink about three Tim Hortons extra large coffees per day everyday... And I stopped here on my way to Toronto, and by far this is the worst Tim Hortons.

Happy this location is closing - worse service/staff. Attitude galore. Ordered toasted cheese teabiscuit with butter and coffee. The coffee was dripping down the sides so had to go back for napkins. Opened up the teabiscuit - wasn't toasted at all and a big blob of butter in the middle (you could have buttered an entire loaf of bread with it) and the butter was full of I'm not sure what - my guess it was from whatever the prior order had. Disgusting! Had to throw it out. The gal making it was working way too fast, was sweating so much she had to clean her brow off in the middle of making my order - gross! Either get more staff or tell the staff there to pay more attention. Best to go there during off hour times.

**REVISED: SADLY, This Tim's IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED!! (Fri. Feb. 25th). The same Franchisee operates the store at "The Delta" and would look forward to seeing us there! It was closed to make way for another LCBO ...That will make 5 in Cambridge. (Not counting all the wine shops..) That says a lot about Cambridge 🙄....*** Good location but the single drive thru is a nightmare when it's busy..blocks plaza traffic, spills onto 24 and Dunbar St. The drive thru 'lane' is way to short for its location. This is still my favorite Tim's though just not at peak times.. **Good news! The portholes have been filled in!**
