Tim Hortons

I have no idea why it's so very difficult to fill a cup so my tea doesn't end up like this....see attached pic. I absolutely love it when it gets down in the window control buttons. In case you couldn't tell, that was sarcasm. Seriously. If you can't fill a cup, how did you even get the job? This is ridiculous.

Worst Tims I’ve ever been to. Terrible service the employees are some of the rudest people ever. Ordered a farmers wrap while on lunch at school and got the wrong wrap. Went back after school to ask for a refund but they proceeded to tell me that kids come and try to get money back all the time. Since I didn’t get a receipt (which sadly I didn’t have because who takes their receipt from fast food restaurants) they denied a refund disrespectfully. My brother has also had bad experiences at this location with their horrible staff. I’d also like to add that if you noticed all of the bad reviews are liked and good reviews have no likes suggesting the good reviews are fake or bots (just pointing out). Seems like bad customer service and incompetent employees at this location is a popular opinion (especially with the older staff which is sad to see). Sad to see a great franchise be tarnished by this. Won’t be returning.

This is the TimHortons closet to my work so I come here quite often. I’ve always appreciated how quick the drive thru is at this location (which is why I have chosen to give a 2 star instead of a 1 star review). In saying that, today I ordered a veggie sausage. After taking a couple bites I realized it was in fact not the vegetarian sausage. I did not get angry or upset (despite how much this grossed me out after being vegetarian for over 5 years) and politely asked for the veggie sausage since I didn’t eat meat whatsoever. The lady working told me that I ordered the regular one so that’s what I got. As someone who worked at Tim Hortons for over 2 years, I know how to be specific about my order, and am sure I ordered the veggie sausage. This is not the first mistaken order I have received from this location. I’m not so much upset about the mistake, because everyone makes them, but I’m upset with the lack of apology (eating meat has made me feel sick to my stomach) and the rudeness of the staff member at the window. Anyways that’s all. Like I said they’re very fast here which is always nice, but not everyone here is super attentive or kind.

When the older ladies are on shift this place is a 5 star. The teenagers who work there are as incompetent as they come. Hate going to this on my lunch break after 3pm! The younger staff are careless and thoughtless. Missing stuff, sweetening drinks for someone who can’t eat sugar, failing to call out an order and leaving pick up as a guessing game, and to top it all off I watched two employees putting stuff down each others shirts while working with the food…so unhygienic.
