Today i bought 4 piece chicken. Its not worth. Very very small pieces. I request spicy but they regular one. We don't like that taste. So my advice don't go drive through surely they cheat you. Small small piece sell to drive through 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Very friendly staff and a nice clean establishment. Standard great quality Wendy's food. My biggest criticism is the drink dispenser. The touch screen is very flaky making it take much longer to get a drink then it should (also only one drink at a time) as a plus side though, there were lots of drink selections.
I'd definitely come again. It does seem this location is trying to move to a more self serve style way of ordering, but since there were friendly staff, I was happy to work with them.

There is not much to say about a chain restaurant. Everything is done for them they just need to follow the rules. You would think that is easy. Her goes nothing.
Attitude toward customers is mediocre. Not overly happy but respectful.
They have gotten my order incorrect on a number of occasions.
There hours of operation are a bit shoty. When I try to go they are closed (morning and/or night time) just end up going to McDonald's or burger King which Is near by.
They just renovated so there dine in area is not bad but nothing special.

Bought a salad to enjoy as my lunch at work. When I got to work I noticed they gave me the wrong dressing. I called to inform them hoping they could offer some in store credit or anything. They said I could only get a refund if I brought the salad back with a receipt. Honestly was a huge pain to drive back after work. Waited 10 mins to even get the salad. Then to get treated like a trash customer afterwards . Won't be going back.

Today, is a brand new value with my Spicy Chicken Sandwich Meal.
At Wendy's you get even less now....
Because there is more breading now than Chicken.

This has nothing to do with this particular location though. This is a Wendy's problem making you wish you went somewhere else.

The 4 star rating is solely about the Service.
The Service is great and the Staff do a good job.

Problem with this particular Wendy's is they have two menu boards showing different prices.
The LCD monitor shows outdated pricing saying Spicy Chicken Meal is 9.99. The price they charge at the till is 10.19...the price shown on the menu board above behind the till.

The employees were all courteous, professional and worked together as a team. No sooner had my order been placed when it was ready for me (and this was during the supper rush hour). I highly recommend Wendy's on Hespler Rd!

I ordered over $70 worth of food on mother's Day and they forgot multiple items. I asked the person working multiple times if everything was there and was told yes.
Didn't realize what was missing until I got to my mother-in-law's house and first tried calling the restaurant multiple times (no answer).. than texted a Wendy's customer service number (no reply yet).. then 3 days once again I filled out a customer service request and got a reply 2 days later and still nothing has actually been done! Never ordering from any Wendy's again.

Only gave 1 star because at least the chicken sandwich was hot and frosty tasted as expected.
The line was so long in drive thru, went inside. Waited 10 minutes just to place order. One person working cash, and doing other tasks like prepping food, going over to check on prep station. Witnessed the burger prep staff taking out garbage while she should have been focusing on getting all the orders up. No communication between staff when riders were up the food sat there. The guy on cash seemed very slow and confused on what to do. Short staffed I’m guessing. Had to tell the guy my food was ready behind him and probe to actually get my order ready. A waiting room of people all looking at each other like what is going on ! A lady came in from drive thru stating wrong burger order. They did it twice for her and she still left saying it was wrong. Not sure what’s going on here but management and owner need to pay some attention to this location. Terrible experience. These fast food chains have systems in place to follow and they clearly weren’t being used well.
