Very inconsistent, food can be really nice and service can be good which is what usually happens but a couple of times my food has turned up cold, most of the time its good though.

Previously had a bad experience with one waiter who messed up a lot of our order. The rest of the staff ran around making up for it.
I went back and had a great experience. Friend with an allergy was well catered for. One criticism: we waited outside for half an hour while lots of tables were empty. Would have been better to warn us of a wait and give us a table in the warm, with only drinks orders while waiting to order food.

A great Wagamama that we’ve been to a few times. The food is always great and there’s always plenty of tables so we’ve never had to wait.
The only thing I will say is that service can be a little bit slow. I’ve been in the collect an online order and it took a long time to be acknowledged by staff who were all at the other end of the restaurant, even though there were at least two customers waiting, including me.

The food was fine. Nothing too special. I had the chicken ramen and edamame. The edamame had way too much salt added but I managed. The ramen was not the best I've ever had but it was good enough. Service was fine. Was my first time here so took us a moment to realise how to pay with the qr code. Only one person had an issue with paying online. Food comes out as it's ready which is fine. The venue has a nice vibe. The bathroom floors were quite sticky but otherwise everything was quite tidy.

We went after visiting nearby cinema. I had positive juice (£4.80) salmon gyoaz (£7.50 - shared), vegatsu (£13.50) and smoked chocolate cake. All the food was excellent, as was the service (after a 'little local difficulty' that was smoothly resolved.) Many thanks to Mitch and the team who were solicitous but not intrusive- just about 'right'. Hope to go back sometime soon. (The smoked chocolate and ice cream hit just the right sweet note!)

i tried a new dish and it wasn’t for me (nothing wrong with the food at all). the manager noticed this and offered to comp the meal i didn’t like and got me something else. i only had to pay for the meal i ate and my partner got to take the original meal i did not eat home. the manager said it was good to see me smile and he was glad he could sort it for me. the kindness and friendliness of the workers is absolutely amazing!!!

I find this Wagamama to be very consistent and one of my top choices to eat in Cambridge Leisure. Appreciate there are always many vegan options to satisfy different moods. The vegan ramen hits soup cravings with a slight spicy kick. But Vegatsu and Yasai Katsu are dependable defaults.

Went here with my asian friends and a swedish person. All my Asian friends loved the food and it was v. nice in my opinion.
The server was very lovely so thx
I had duck donburi which was £17 + £4.50 for an orange drink which is quite pricey, compared to other restaurants.
There were hardly any people here which was good
Would recommend if you want somewhere to eat with your Asian friends

Like the spicy ramen with grilled chicken slices, however a couple times the noodles have been slightly undercooked. Good service times even when busy and lovely waiters. I really like the online split the bill paying method which makes it easier when going out with friends. The interior looks very good and inviting.
