Nowhere else in Cambridge did we ever find such a wonderful to have a nice lunch/dinner than at Five Guys. The food is literally out of this world, no space for disappointment and the nicest, most considerate staff. The restaurant is well located and kept very clean. Graceful to the manager for the unforgivable memory, cannot wait to visit again!

The food is all always delicious and good quality, the price is higher compared to other fast food chains. You choose Five Guys for the quality of the meat and quantity of chips. Chips here are very tasty and the quantity is surprising. Unfortunately the staff didn't care about cleaning tables between customers, which is very uncommon. There is no free wi-fi meaning they are happy if you don't stay too long. The food is the first reason to eat here, one simple hamburger or cheeseburger is enough to fill you up. Remember that with drinks you get free refill.

Quite expensive, yo be honest.
2 burgers and 1 hotdog, 2 refill free soda, and a medium chips cost me 38pounds.
However "you get what you paid for" really applies to this place.
We came home with a happy birthday man, and a happy pre-schooler.

Overall, great place. The food was amazing, and I got served it in about 3 minutes. It was a bit expensive but I got full off my tiny order. The atmosphere is a classic 80's American. There are no fancy technologies except for the soda machine and it is really spacey downstairs.
P.S. - They accept cash or almost any card.

Had a very good and satisfactory visit here. The whole place was clean. The employees were friendly and attentive. The process ordering and upselling was job well done by Viktor! Food was fresh and tasty! Definitely will go back

Had a disappointing visit yesterday, missed the bacon from my order, the bacon makes the burger and without it the meal isn't the same, that nice crunchy bacon flavour was missing, secondly the usual thick flavoursome caramel shake was a watered down shake not thick at all.

Five guys is a great place to have amazing burgers fries and hotdogs.
In five guys they run a very unique system where you can add as many and any toppings to you burger/hotdog completely free of extra charges.
Five guys have some of the best burgers and chips I have ever had.
⚠️ Warning ⚠️
Five guys have peanuts in open boxes in the restaurant so DO NOT go if you have a peanut allergy.
The chips are on the more pricey side but are definitely worth it.
Overall a great place to have a meal in the centre of Cambridge. However if you are looking for the fastest available option for food like this I would say to go to the McDonald's just 1 minute down the road.

really good service, even trough rush hour, everything is clean, food is delicious. a guy that’s works here is really nice, he gave us a big milkshake instead of a small and also didn’t charge us for a soda😭 love him

This was a great experience i have been to many 5 guys across the uk and they have all tasted the same which they should. The staff were amazing the managers here have an amazing team there was one tall guy he will go far if that's within the company or working else were/.

If you're missing burgers from the US, this Five Guys will not disappoint. Hot, fast, and good! Refillable sodas with all the ice you want, AND it's a nice cool place to sit. The air conditioning is awesome!

Filling, personalised burger joint with wholesome chips and special coke choose everything machine. Lots of space downstairs. Not cheap £50 for lunch for 4 including 2 teenage boys, with 3 drinks, 1 large fries. Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Always dripping with grease, but tasty.
