Ophelia

Well well well my darlings, Its true what they say about Ophelia? Haven't you heard the gossip, darling? This place is the hottest in town! We were greated with a beautiful old home turned cafe. You could see the everything being made before your eyes in the kitchen, it was so nostalgic, just like mumma used to make! It was the little details that really complimented the experience; a lavender hand sanitser and freshly picked flowers in a vintage cup. We orderd belgium waffles and the eggs Benedict, a ferrero rocher smoothie and a latte. The coffee was so good, we also ordered to go - OH BEHAVE DARLING! I was joyfully shocked by the waffles, the presentation was beautiful with little flowers. I've never tried such a dish before, each bite was completely different and just unbelievably tasty! Although my wife really enjoyed the eggs benedict, the waffles definitely made my wife jealous 😋 😍 Thank you Ophelia, breakfast

Came here in July and ordered the Zesty Mango Smoothie, and I can confidently say it was the best smoothie I've ever had! Amazing service from the Staff, especially Tayla! She's amazing, a great chef, and always very smiley! The atmosphere was very comforting and it felt as if you were at home, and I feel like that's very hard to get in cafes these days!!! I love Ophelia!

This is my one of the most fav places in the whole New Zealand!♥️ Not just because of great oat flat white☕️, amazing tasty porridge for breakfast ( I like to take it with a little bit of honey and milk on the side), and always fresh cakes in the cabinet ( try especially the chocolate muffin!), but also because of such a lovely and positive vibe from all the staff and especially the manager Mahabuba, who always welcomes me with a big smile and amazing service through the whole time I am there.🌞 It’s your must stop if you are in Cambridge!🙌🏽🤩

My companion led me into what felt like someone's private property. Little did I know that I was entering one of Cambridge's finest coffee houses this side of the Waikato. An incredible feel in a rehauled family home. Food and coffee was delicious and was flavourfully paired with community bustle and backroom, lowlight chitchat. Ordering coffee from the kitchen felt like getting my old Mami to whip me up a hot chocolate in 2008. Perfect for a big chat about political utopia, cut short by lack of drink. Not of coffee, though. The beans flowed like water. An excellent place that I highly recommend.

Popped in for some takeaway coffees whilst walking the dog, with a view to coming back for breakfast, but alas no traditional eggs Benedict with bacon or salmon, so decided against it (guess we could have asked for one to be made up, but don’t like to). The place looked amazing though and the coffee nice. The service and staff were very pleasant and welcoming. It’s conveniently situated on the main road so easy to find
