Loved visiting here, was made welcome from the start and drinks arrived swiftly. Order taken, food arrived in good time too and was well presented and oooooh so nice! Loverly atmosphere and our waitress Sarah was very attentive and welcoming will definitely be returning :-)

I had such a lovely experience at The Green Man in Cambridge this evening after winner next to nothing at the Newmarket races. Sarah was our waitress and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival. I ordered the Fillet Steak medium rare and I kid you not, this was nicer than any Miller and Carter restaurant I have visited. The steak was the right colour and was nice and warm upon arrival. I would say my steak experience was better than visiting a Gaucho’s steak house in London, COMPLIMENTS TO THE CHEF!!! This is my first visit with friends and will definitely return next time I’m in the area 😁 Mitchell and Butlers, please open a Green Man in or around the Basingstoke area! THANKS SARAH!!!
