Food wise it's Gregg's doing Gregg's so what can you say, but the staff are just the nicest group of people who are always so pleasant and helpful, I'd give 6 stars for service if I could
I went into this greggs wanting some dinner! When I first walked in the atmosphere felt very dry, they had next to no food on the open displays, because they didn't have any of the spicy wedges I had to settle with some cheeze bites. Apon …
They charge you extra money to sit in, but then again who would want to sit right next to the open door anyway! If you go early in the morning there's nothing available and if you go after 2pm it's the same! Gregg's used to be great value for money but these days it's overpriced substandard junk.
12.30 pm at lunchtime and having to wait 15 minutes for a sausage roll. Plus only soup available in the hot counter. Very poor.
Imagine charging you an extra 20p to sit in. If your unfortunate enough to sit by a door it's like sitting in a wind tunnel. Big corporations are the death of the high street. The only vegetarian options are cheese pastie. Unless your in a predominantly Muslim area. Then they serve a vegetable pastie.
Everything single time without fail The order is wrong I expect to have all the items that I have spent my hard earned money on. Honestly beyond a Joke
